haiii Sofea..apa blh buat..the more kita nak get rid of the junk food the more dia dtg kat kita esp when it comes to bday party budak2. Apalagi joli sakanlah diaorang hehehe.

Laaa... sofea, jgnlah kasi kita takut. Banyak gambar2 yg kat entry tu macam dah sebati dgn lifestyle sehari hari. Ni macam, tak buat lagi ahh kek-kek...
Hi Lela...sesekali seperti 'birthday party'tu shpuld be ok.Jgn selalu amalkan makan benda2 tu...nanti dapt 'penyakit' seperti kencing manis,darah tinggi..etc..sofea rasa kan lela..sesekali ok lah sebab kalau terus tak makan pun tak boleh tau,sebab badan kita pun perlukan lemak gak(lemak terkawal)
Rozzan...jgnlah takut tapi ubahlah cara pemakanan Rozzan demi untuk kesihatan...tapi sofea rasa kalau Rozzan makan kek sekali sebulan should be ok lah....maksudnya disini jgn hari2 makan benda tu..boleh dtgkan mcm2 penyakit berat seperti cancer,kencing manis...cakap pasal kencing manis ni..hari minggu tuhari makcik sofea baru meninggal akibat 'kencing manis'yg dihinggap selama 5 tahun..semoga Allah mencucuri Rahmat ke atas Roh nya.Amin
